Public commenters highlight improved audit and push for housing, transportation and enforcement

During public comment Chris Garner, a representative of PB&H Audit Firm, told the council that "the City’s audit is a public document now" and said the audit improved from a disclaimer to an unmodified opinion, indicating progress in city financial reporting.
