The council adopted Ordinance No. 461 (Animal Control Ordinance) and Resolution 25-23 (Animal Control rate schedule) on unanimous roll-call votes after presentations from staff. Councilwoman Roberta Blea moved for adoption of the ordinance and the rate schedule, with Councilman Erasmo Bravo seconding the motions.
