The Santa Rosa City Council approved the installation of new RV spots at the rodeo grounds during its July 23 special meeting. The item, presented by Mayor Nelson Kotiar, was moved by Councilman Joseph Romero and seconded by Councilwoman Roberta Blea. The roll call among council members produced two Ayes and two Nays; Mayor Kotiar cast the tie-breaking Aye and the motion carried.
