The Santa Rosa City Council approved Resolution 25-28, a budget adjustment for fiscal year 2024–2025, during a special meeting on July 23, 2025. City Clerk Amy Campos presented the resolution; Councilman Erasmo Bravo moved to approve and Councilwoman Roberta Blea seconded. The roll call recorded Bravo: Aye; Romero: Aye; Blea: Aye; Silva: Aye and the motion carried.
