The Sumner County Library Board voted to approve installation of Department of Motor Vehicles kiosks in county library branches after a lengthy discussion about location, staffing and accessibility. The motion, made by Mike Bryan and seconded by Kayley Wilson, passed with one opposing vote cast by Chair Joanna Daniels.
