Planning staff introduced case 24SUP349 and said applicant Daniel Fisher seeks a special-use permit to construct and operate a building-supply store on roughly 4 acres of a 41.6-acre tract near East James Anderson Highway (Tax Map 151 Parcel 15). Staff identified the landowner as Amos Byler and said the parcel is currently zoned A-1.
