The Pine Tree ISD Board delegated authority to Superintendent Steve Clugston to obtain a confidential appraisal and negotiate the value of district real property following executive session. The board had discussed real property matters in executive session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code and returned to open session before taking the vote.
