The Leon County Commissioners voted April 13 to approve a resolution between the county and Flock, a vendor providing vehicle/license-plate analytics, on the condition that the state not have access to the data. Commissioner Kyle Workman moved the resolution and Commissioner Paul Bing seconded; the motion carried.
