The Kane County Administrative Land Use Authority conditionally approved the Final Plat for the Gateway Development Subdivision on July 8, 2026. The subdivision, submitted by Benjamin Menlove and Susan Tarver, covers Parcel 3-5-34-2, is zoned R2 and proposes 26 lots with a minimum lot size of two acres; because the property lies within Kanab City’s annexation plan area, Kanab City provided review comments on June 11, 2026.
