After public comments, Planning Commission directs staff to draft R-5 conditional-use option for RV gatherings
Following public comment from Heritage Acres representatives and commissioners' discussion, the Planning Commission asked staff and counsel to draft ordinance language to allow RV use in R-5 via a Conditional Use Permit rather than broad countywide rule changes.
