At the Sept. 16 meeting, Grady Slaydon updated the LIBERTY ISD board on construction adjustments and long-range facility planning tied to potential bond financing. Slaydon said the contractor has been asked to implement changes and requested additional time; to reduce disruption, the contractor shifted its workweek to Thursday through Sunday to allow work on unoccupied campuses.
