Maintenance Supervisor Brent Culbertson told the commissioners that a lock had failed on some jail doors and that there had been problems with the jail air system; he sought authority to obtain repair quotes and proceed with fixes. Commissioner Art Watkins moved to accept the replacement lock for the sheriff’s office for $3,387.00; Commissioner Charles M. Howell seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
