Fran Stoveken appeared on behalf of Sequoia Tree Service and described a proposed expansion at 425 Route 6 & 209 (parcel 097.04-01-11). He told the commission the existing detached garage would expand from 22 by 22 feet to approximately 60 by 44 feet, the carport would be expanded and attached to the preexisting office, and the enlarged garage would be used for equipment maintenance rather than storage. He said the door height will need to be at least 16 feet to accommodate larger trucks and that no trees will be removed.
