The Toquerville City Council approved a conditional-use permit for an accessory building at 83 N Toquer Blvd on Aug. 5, 2026. Applicant Missy Kleinman presented plans for an RV garage; Planning & Zoning Administrator Emily Teaters said the allowed height for accessory buildings in the R-1-12 district is 18 feet and that the applicants’ design exceeded that limit. Councilman Joey Campbell moved to approve the permit and Councilwoman Jenny Chamberlain seconded; the motion carried 5-0.
