Jeff Smith reported supervisors met with an employee identified in the minutes as Tony; Tony said he does not want to obtain a commercial driver’s license (CDL). The minutes record that supervisors had discussed reducing his pay and that Tony 'pretty much quit' but said he would stay if his pay remained unchanged. Tony also said he would be "100% liable for the cost" if the township required a CDL later or if he elected to obtain it.
