The Board of Appeals reviewed Article III-33 of the Land Use Ordinance and discussed whether the ordinance’s requirement that all meetings have a transcript could be changed. Chair Mary Anne Royal said she will reach out to the Planning Board to determine if the transcript requirement for the Appeals Board process can be removed.
