The Winterport Town Council authorized Rudman & Winchell to respond on the town's behalf in the lawsuit between Eagle Point and the Public Employees Retirement Commission (PERC). Councilor Corey Ginn made the motion; Councilor Tammy Higgins seconded and the council approved it unanimously.
