Planner Lori Elliott presented a preliminary plat submitted by Maverick Engineering on behalf of Dora Marquez to split a 5.6-acre parcel in the ETJ into two lots for single-family residential development. Lori said the site currently contains a single-family home and that surrounding uses are mostly single-family and vacant land; she also noted the GAC requirement had been waived and well reports were found sufficient.
