Star Valley Ranch urges voluntary water conservation as spring flow drops
Town officials said the spring is producing 220–240 gallons per minute—about 100 gpm below normal—and recommended voluntary conservation as flows may fall to roughly 150 gpm by fall.

Town Administrator Aitken told the Town Council that the town spring is producing less water than usual and staff want residents to begin conserving voluntarily. "The town's spring is running approximately 100 gallons per minute below normal seasonal levels, at 220–240 gallons per minute," Aitken said, and Town Engineer Ryan Welling recommended a voluntary conservation notice to residents.
