Chair Joshua Mohr told the board Aug. 4 that the Rush Line Corridor Task Force has not met regularly and Ramsey County is proposing to place the Task Force into an inactive status. The bylaws require reconvening for a series of procedural meetings to complete actions under the Joint Powers Agreement and Minnesota’s Open Meeting Law.
