The Selectboard reviewed the Final Proctor Stormwater Master Plan on Aug. 10 after a presentation by Andie Vellenga of the Rutland Natural Resources Conservation District (RNRCD). The plan identifies four candidate projects; the minutes note three of the four are not on municipal property.
