The Winfield Township Board accepted the resignation of Sewage Enforcement Officer Douglas Duncan and appointed Patrick West to serve as the township's SEO for 2026. The motion to accept the resignation and appoint West was made by Chairman Matthew Klabnik and approved unanimously.
