Council approves two Conex boxes for Midway Volunteer Fire Department
After the Midway Volunteer Fire Department report was read, council granted permission for the VFD to place two Conex boxes in the alley next to their lot for training and storage, in a motion by George Lander seconded by Tom Moore that passed with members present voting yes.

The borough recorded the Midway Volunteer Fire Department June report, read aloud by council member Doug Baird, as part of the reports-received agenda item. During new business the council approved a separate motion authorizing the fire department to place two Conex boxes in the alley adjacent to its parking lot for training and storage.
