Engineer reports Stone Ridge completion anticipated by spring; streets expected to be dedicated
The borough engineer said representatives for Stone Ridge Subdivision expect streets to be dedicated and remaining work to be completed by next spring; Council was asked to discuss dedication timing when developer representatives attend future meetings.

Kraft Municipal Group consultant Glenn Bertolet updated Council on the Stone Ridge Subdivision schedule and said he had sent a memo on July 25, 2025 advising that Grande's representatives would discuss the schedule at the council meeting.
