Commissioners reviewed a sketch plan from Tri‑State LLC for a 4.11‑acre parcel on Yale Kilgore Road (Shot Gun Village Estates Division No. 9, Lot 5A). Applicant Jordan Cheirette described phased development that would begin with covered RV storage along the road, follow with 10x20 storage units and eventually fill the interior of the parcel with additional units and parking.
