Council Member Brian Frahm moved to approve Resolution 2026-19 to renew Crawford's membership with the League Association of Risk Management (LARM) under a three‑year commitment to obtain a 5% discount. The motion was seconded by Council President Dean and passed with all voting members present recorded as AYE: Frahm, Dean and Gaston.
