Board approves Component 4A for Duda subdivision, adopts Resolution 24-12
The Board unanimously approved Resolution 24-12 to endorse Component 4A of the sewage facilities planning module for the Duda two-lot subdivision, to be submitted to DEP.

Planning Commission Chair Moore updated the Board on current land-development reviews including Mila Woods, Devereux and the Duda two-lot subdivision. Manager Elizabeth Randzin reported the sewage facilities planning module for Duda was submitted and that the Township Engineer recommends approval of Component 4A.
