Milton Borough ordered Comcast-related crews to stop work after borough staff discovered inspection holes dug across several locations without required permits. Chief of Police Sam Zettlemoyer reported that he and an associate met a Cable Services representative the evening the work was found and "directed that all work stops immediately." The borough says Comcast and Cable Services later confirmed there was no signed service agreement in place.
