Council approves $5,000 construction-management contract with SENDD conditioned on state clearance

The City Council approved a Professional Service Agreement for up to $5,000 with Southeast Nebraska Development District (SENDD) to provide construction management services for the Downtown Revitalization CDBG project (NDED Contract No. 25DTR005). The approval was recorded as contingent on issuance of a Release of Funds and environmental clearance by the Nebraska Department of Economic Development (NDED). The motion was made by Council Member Brian Britt and seconded by Lorie Topp; council voted unanimously.
