In his president's report, Jamie LeBlanc said Kane County completed a legal survey on a sidewalk along the IC Trail and indicated the county could remove the sidewalk or contract for removal at its expense and would only replace it if the village brought the work up to ADA compliance with full engineering plans — work the county does not have in its current budget. LeBlanc said the county would put topsoil and seed and replace driveway portions with similar material if removal proceeds.
