Board approves 2025–26 MISD wellness plan
Trustees adopted the 2025–2026 Memphis ISD Wellness Plan by a 5-0 vote on Oct. 14 after a presentation by Sarah Cook.

At its Oct. 14 meeting, Trustee Sarah Cook presented the 2025–2026 MISD Wellness Plan to the board. Trustee Josh Brooks moved to approve the plan and Trustee Charolette Maddox seconded; the motion passed with a 5-0 vote, formally adopting the district wellness plan for the 2025–26 school year.
