Assistant City Manager William Kolschowsky reviewed updates to the city's Strategic Plan, saying most initiatives in the 2021'025 plan have been completed and presenting a dashboard of completion percentages. He said staff's near-term focus through 2028 is to refine the current plan rather than develop an entirely new plan, and staff will return a draft for Council review and comment.
