The Planning & Zoning Commission voted to require new developments to comply with subdivision regulations that mandate proper storm drainage systems be installed by developers rather than shifting long-term maintenance to homeowners or homeowners associations (HOAs). Commissioner Travis Wilson moved the requirement and Commissioner Rex Adams seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
