Codington County commissioners adopted the county's 2014 provisional budget after a statutorily required public hearing and discussion of department requests and contingency transfers. The adoption formalized appropriations for general county operations, public safety, roads and other county funds and allowed the Auditor to publish the levies submitted to the South Dakota Department of Revenue.
