Spring Hill ISD board approves application to delay HB 2 teacher certification requirements until 2029–30

The Spring Hill ISD Board of Trustees voted Jan. 12 to approve submission of an application seeking a delay of House Bill 2 teacher certification requirements until the beginning of the 2029–2030 school year. "Move to approve the application submission for the delay of HB 2 teacher certification requirements as presented," the minutes record; the motion was made by Kyle Stephens, seconded by Wayne Noon, and passed 7–0.
