Bridge City authorizes hazard-mitigation grant applications, commits 25% match

Council considered a resolution to authorize submitting one or more applications for Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds to the Texas Division of Emergency Management under DR-4787 and DR-4798 and to commit matching funds equal to 25% of any awarded amount. Council Member Patty Collins moved the resolution and Council Member Aaron Roccaforte seconded; the motion carried with all members present voting aye (Mayor David Rutledge absent).
