The Stanton City Council unanimously approved a variance for Isreal Acosta to construct a carport within the required 25-foot front-yard setback at 505 N. Burleson (BLK 4, LT 5, RIDGELEA ADDN). Council Member Steven Villa moved for the variance and Council Member Gib Wheeler seconded; "all voted for."
