The Town Board passed Resolution 51-26 authorizing Supervisor Russell Morseman III to sign an engineering contract with Hunt Engineering. Councilman Racheal Davis moved the authorization and Councilman Lanny Newell seconded; the roll-call vote recorded Supervisor Morseman abstaining while Councilmen Newell, Davis and Bump voted yes.
