Codington County commissioners voted on Nov. 29 to accept Gray Construction’s low responsive bid for the proposed addition and remodeling of the Codington County Extension Center to house SDSU regional Extension staff. The board opened competitive bids and asked the architect to review compliance and scope. The board approved the low, responsive bid after the architect reported it met specifications and instructed the architect to move to contracting and shop‑drawing steps.
