Trustee Jarod Peyton moved to appoint Trustee Roger Noe as temporary chair for the Oct. 6 meeting, and Trustee Gary Cline seconded the motion. The board voted: Ayes 3 (Cline, Peyton, Buxton); Nay 1 (Noe); Absent 2 (Greene, Piper).
