The Rathbone Town Board voted April 9 to approve Abstract #4, authorizing payment of $6,155.45 in general claims (claims #52–68) and $80,217.82 in highway claims (claims #30–51). The motion to approve the abstract was made by Councilman Eric Bump and seconded by Councilman Lanny Newell; the roll-call vote recorded four Yes votes from the members present.
