Resident Susanne Sardino, owner of parcel ID-20K, addressed the board about subdividing her property to sell a 10–14 acre portion for family recreational use only. "She is aware there are no building rights available if she subdivides," the minutes state; Sardino said her buyer intends only to park a camper on weekends and use the land for four-wheeler riding, picnicking and hunting.
