Council: GTRP bridge will require a permit; grant application deferred
Councilmember Sigo Falk said the Greenways, Trails and Recreation Program (GTRP) requires a permit to build a bridge needed to complete a trail; Falk will forgo applying for the trails grant but will apply for the required bridge permit. Mr. Sigo Falk updated council that the Greenways, Trails and Recreation Program (GTRP) grant work for the trail requires a permit to build a bridge that would complete the trail. Based on that requirement, Mr. Falk said he will forgo the GTRP application but will submit the permit application needed for the bridge.
