Chairman Charles Coffey and members of the Planning & Zoning Board discussed how the county's conditional use permit language had been interpreted since its adoption. Brent Ingersoll of Planning & Zoning said the way the CUP is written currently "applies to everything even stick built homes," and he and other board members urged the commission to revisit zoning language so manufactured homes are treated as intended.
