Jeff Hinkson told the council the DCOS audit has been completed and will be reviewed at the DCOS meeting on April 23, 2026. He said sale contracts for 117 Central Ave and 119 Central Ave are hoped to close by mid-May, and there have been inquiries about burned-out buildings on those properties.
