Commission approves bid process to resurface Friendship Road

The commission authorized on June 3 that Friendship Road be advertised for bids for resurfacing work. County Manager Thomas Weaver said the bid package will include a single coat, striping, and resurface work; staff expect bids to open in late July and hope to award a contract at the August meeting.
