After returning from an executive session called under Tex. Gov’t Code §551.074 and §551.071, the Sweeny ISD Board of Trustees approved the 2026–2027 Compensation Plan on June 9, 2026. The motion to approve was made by Donna Bohlar‑Schroeder and seconded by Bryan Douget; the motion passed 4–3.
