Lorraine Perry told the board that Community Partners had a 'Good Christmas with extra money to spend' and that an MOU with Myrna Mason at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) regarding operation and contents of the 'Rainbow Room' is under discussion. She said the plan is to review the proposed MOU and determine whether it can be amended to protect Denton County.
