Member Bob Wachtel moved that the committee approve retroactive pay for employees who had self-terminated; Member Dave Dobbels seconded. The motion was decided by roll call: Members Wachtel, Chair Jan May and Shannon Bumann voted in favor; Members Kippy Breeden, Marshall Jones, Dave Dobbels and Jim Thompson voted against the motion, and it failed.
