The Hendricks County Council approved a slate of additional and emergency appropriations and two reallocations during its July 21 meeting. The public hearing on additional appropriations resulted in the removal or tabling of certain items and approval of others; Councilman Wathen moved to approve items 2 and 5–18, which passed 7‑0.
